We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. This was the perfect place to relax with it's waterfront views and nice accommodations. Would stay here again.
This place was great! I loved that everyone had their own bedroom and attached private bathroom (1 downstairs, 2 upstairs). I think the beds were the most comfortable beds I had ever slept in (my fam agreed)! Every room also had it own Heating/AC unit, fan and TV so everyone could have their room exactly as they liked it :) For the colder weather, they also provided space heaters for each room. The kitchen was well equipped, including the ever important Keurig and water kettle, allowing us to eat in for many meals. Despite being near the highway, the noise wasn't an issue at all (my mom, the light-sleeper, agreed). The internet was strong and reliable. So much is in walking distance including a grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops and Hampton Park. Most importantly, Kendra and Amanda were such great hosts - proactive communication and amazing response time when I had a question. They were always available to help live or via chat. I would definitely stay here again!
Great for a couple stay. Exactly what the pictures portrayed. View was absolutely phenomenal and not too far from all the happenings. 10/10 would recommend

This was by far the most charming and relaxing place I have stayed. This home is on the water and with 2 balconies is extremely peaceful and relaxing. There is a cute little dock style area with two seats and a grill as well. My family used the kitchen which was stocked with all the basics needed and a few seasonings/spices available. Both bedrooms have comfy beds and high ceilings. I would highly recommend this home if you are looking for peace and relaxation as it is tucked away from the hustle and buster but still very close to stores, restaurants and the interstate. Will absolutely book again!
Kendra and Amanda were wonderful hosts - extremely responsive and very flexible. My family stayed here with my brother who was recovering from a major surgery at MUSC. We had to change plans several times and they graciously accommodated us each time. The house has a bedroom on the first floor and only one small step into the house, so perfect for someone w a walker or wheelchair. The location is great- many cafes and restaurants within walking distance (as well as a grocery store) and nothing is far when driving. I’d highly recommend staying here when visiting Charleston, whether short or long term!
The home is gorgeous. It’s even better than described and looks even better in person. It’s a nice and quiet area so it’s very easy to rest, relax, and enjoy a vacation or have peace while working. The host responds very fast and is very attentive to your needs I highly recommend booking this space if you are in town.
This house was great, close by to our Venue! Pretty much exactly how described in the listing. Plenty of room for me and 3 other family members. If ever in the area again will book. Host was very response to any questions I had. Thank you for sharing your home!
It was peaceful an quiet close to Walmart and restaurants she was gracious.
We had such a sweet time at the Reservoir Guest house. The townhouse is located in a quiet, well kept neighborhood and the Guesthouse itself was really quiet with peaceful, serene views from the two decks located on the water. We even saw an American Bald eagle one morning! Amanda was our contact person and she was utterly amazing! She is so friendly and so helpful and so ON IT! Any phone call or text was rapidly responded to and we knew that we were in good hands the whole time.
Great spot in Summerville. really liked how on top of things the hosts were. Very nice place and quiet area. Would def stay here again.

The Reservoir Guest House of Charleston was an absolutely enchanting retreat! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the host's remarkable responsiveness, making me feel right at home. The property exceeded all my expectations, beautifully blending comfort and charm. I traveled to Charleston for work, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect—conveniently situated close to Moncks Corner while still being just a stone's throw away from the vibrant heart of Downtown Charleston and its many captivating attractions. What truly took my breath away was the stunning backdrop of the serene marshland. The tranquility that enveloped me was like a soothing balm, allowing me to unwind after a busy day. I found myself lost in the beauty of nature, relishing in the peacefulness that surrounded me. Without a doubt, I will be returning to this little slice of heaven the next time I find myself in town!
Cute place! Loved the views off of the back balconies. Even though the week we were there was particularly rainy, the screened in porch made watching the storms over the reservoir extremely pleasant. Would stay here again.

Beautiful view out on the porches. Relaxing and peaceful sitting outside. No late night noise. Home was perfectly described. Very clean home. I’ve stayed in several Airbnb’s and get very frustrated trying to get in and lock up went leaving. This one was so easy. Hosts were very responsive when I had questions for them.
Stayed here for 3 week on a business trip, it was like coming home everyday. The host's were awesome. They have the cutest and most helpfull guide they send you after check in. It even has recipes. The neighborhood is cute and quiet. I felt very safe.
