Amanda Campbell began her real estate journey by renting out a spare bedroom in her home with one clear goal: to intentionally save and invest in rental properties of her own.

She quickly learned that real estate builds wealth, but only when managed correctly.

Managing her own space firsthand gave her practical insight into guest experience, pricing strategy, operations, and the importance of systems. As she expanded into managing additional properties and eventually serving other owners, one truth became clear:

That experience shaped the foundation of Blakeney Consultant Services, a management firm built on compliance, operational structure, and asset protection.

Today, Amanda serves as a licensed Property Manager-in-Charge (PMIC) in South Carolina, overseeing long-term, mid-term, and short-term rental operations locally.

In addition to management, Amanda also equips property owners worldwide with educational tools and digital resources to manage their rentals effectively, all with a strong focus on protecting investments and maximizing performance.

She also mentors and educates property owners on building structured rental systems. Her teaching is rooted in real-world management experience, not theory and is designed to help owners operate with clarity, compliance, and confidence.
